This 3.2 Carrera had been sitting in the weather for years with one of it's valve covers removed. The new owner commissioned me to disassemble, inspect an rebuild if possible. The motor was sent to me and upon disassembly, you can see the water/oil 'milkshake' in the bottom of the case.

The Alusil cylinders and pistons had to be replaced but everything else was in surprisingly good condition. Here are some of the photos before, during and after.

This car was sent to me for having some severe oil leaks diagnosed and fixed. When it arrived I found it had very little oil pressure and was leaking from everywhere. We chose to rebuild it. Upon disassembly the heads had lost most of the ceramics from the exhaust ports and needed to be replaced. Watch the video below to see the progress from inspection, disassembly and then to assembly and running at the end. Very proud of how this job turned out.

              3.0 TO 3.5EFI CONVERSION

This 3.0 SC was running 'ok'.... apart from leaking oil from almost every orifice! Upon disassembly it had only 1 broken head stud.

The owner wanted more performance but on a reasonable budget...

We ended up fitting a different crankshaft, custom rods and pistons from Carrillo, custom camshafts, Motec to control efi and ignition, throttle bodies, etc etc etc...

It's now a 3.5 litre efi putting out respectable hp and massive torque. Throttle response is instant from everywhere. Such an amazing transformation and I hope to replicate this for my personal car soon.

Below is a video showing the build followed by a dyno session...
